Directions for Use:

  1. Before tacking, be sure doors are locked and air movement (fan) is turned off.
  2. Sweep and vacuum all dust from floor. Do not use treated dust mops. Floor dust is combustible. Remove it from vacuums and all containers.
  3. Tack floor with Seal-O-Solv dampened turkish towels, tightly wrung out. Repeat tacking until floor is dust-free.
  4. Allow floor to dry until there is no sign of moisture.
  5. Apply E-Z ON using one of the applications listed below.* Work steadily without stopping, feathering as you go until the entire coat is applied.
  6. Allow E-Z ON to dry 24 hours (longer if humidity is > 70%). Screen entire floor with 100 grit screen until E-Z ON is uniformly dull.
  7. Repeat steps #1-6 for second coat.
  8. Tape lines and keys for painting. Paint floor as needed and allow paint to dry according to paint manufacturer's recommendations.
  9. Dry screen painted area with a 150 grit screen to remove all paint luster to a uniform dullness. This must be done to avoid peeling of the seal from the paint.
  10. Repeat steps #1-6 for third coat.
  11. Repeat steps #1-5 for fourth coat.

Recoating Procedure for Previously Coated Floors:
