Uses/Solutions:

Use on walls, floors, countertops and equipment surfaces to remove greasy soils.

Excellent for automatic hood cleaning systems - Will not harm aluminum electrostatic filters.

Directions for Use:

Housekeeping:

• General housekeeping: use 1-2 oz. per gallon of warm water
• Bathroom cleaning: use 3-4 oz. of Encompass diluted to 16 oz in Spray bottle
• Use on chrome, fixtures, tile, marble, sinks, shower doors and tubs including porcelain and fiberglass. Nonabrasive; won't scratch

Food Service Applications:

• General cleaning:1-2 oz. per gal. of warm water
• Daily floor scrubbing:1-2 oz. per gal. of warm water
• Heavily greased surfaces: dilute 1:1 with water
• Manual Hood Cleaning: Dilute 1:1 with water

Automatic Hood Cleaning Applications:

• Light-medium soil & soft water (2oz./10gallon)
• Light-medium soil & medium water (3.3oz./10 gallon)
• Heavy soil/hard water (6.6oz/10 gallon)

Light duty oven and grill cleaning:

• Preheat grill to 120 degrees F for 5 min
• Fill a spray bottle with equal parts Encompass and water. For heavy soils use concentrated Encompass alone. (wear rubber gloves when using concentrated product)
• Spray on and let stand for 2-3 minutes
• Baked on grease or carbonized food soils may have to be loosened with a stiff bristled brush or scraper
• Remove solutions and soils with a sponge or cloth rinsed in clean water. Rinse again with clean water and let air dry.
